As a professional North Florida home inspector, my goal is to provide a thorough and

That's why I am excited to announce that High Mark Inspections recently joined the Lake City Board of Realtors and registered to have Supra Lockbox access. This innovative technology allows me to gain access to the property to be inspected without the realtor and/or the homeowner needing to be present during the scheduled inspection. In addition, with Supra Lockboxes, realtors no longer need to wait around for me to finish the inspection, freeing up their time to attend to other tasks or show other properties creating a better experience for their clients.
So how does it work? Supra Lockboxes are Bluetooth-enabled devices that allow authorized users to unlock them via a smartphone app. Once a realtor installs a Supra Lockbox on a property, they can grant access to authorized users, like myself. By downloading the Supra eKEY app on my smartphone, I can easily unlock the lockbox and gain access to the property to be inspected.
Moreover, Supra Lockboxes are highly secure, ensuring that only authorized users can gain access to the property. The app tracks who has accessed the lockbox and when, providing a record of all entries and exits. This ensures that there is a clear chain of custody and helps to protect the property against unauthorized access.
Another advantage of Supra Lockbox access is that it enables me to offer a more flexible and convenient service. If you need an inspection on short notice or at an unusual time, Supra Lockbox access makes it possible for me to accommodate your needs.
